De-Clutter - De-personalize – Clean – Paint
- De-Clutter your home or condo
This means putting away items that you never use or takes up space for no real reason. If you have trinkets, nick knacks that just clutters shelves, tables ... just put them away in storage or get rid of them.
- De-personalize
Get rid of or put in storage items that you hold dear but no one else does. This includes paintings, Pink or Green Bath Mats and just even curtains and blinds. Even family photos should be put away.
- Clean
Clean your home or condo. This costs you nothing (as does De-Cluttering). Pay special attention to Kitchens and Baths.
- Painting
- Goes hand in hand with making it neutral
- Repaint but keep the colors neutral and choose lighter colors. | |
